Here are some photo tools that I found on http://bighugelabs.com/flickr/ under fd's flickr toys. I chose 3 of the nicest and had the most interesting effects. All of them had the "reshuffling" button option so that you can choose the best generated effect and save them on your hard disk.
1. Bead Art
This is a twist on the usual mosaic effects that I've seen around the web. Instead of using the traditional mosaic squares, this tool lets you use circles, disks and cubes as the shapes used to create the mosaic effect.
Inspired by Andy Warhol for his famous pop arts. If only we had this tool when we were generating "warhol effect" posters for Red Ribbon. This was such a breeze to use, you can even choose between color schemes. Color contrasts in different tones and hues have different pop art effects.
3. Hockneyizer
This is my favorite although it was tricky to use. I had to reshuffle several times before I was able to get the look that I wanted. It's a unique photo collage inspired by the works of David Hockney.
